I live here they keep it clean

Most of the community here are friendly. The Manager is super awesome and a pleasure to deal with and always has a smile. The building is secure and packages are in electronic boxes. Which is an added bonus in an apartment. Not the best area being on state Street but doesn't seem to be too much drama and the parking isn't the best, but overall I would definitely recommend living here.

This is a unique property, and comes with unique challenges which management at Capitol Homes does their very best to address. In the year I've been here with my son, our property managers have been nothing but kind and respectful to us. Every concern we've had has been taken seriously and security has improved. Our neighbors know us and look out for us. When any administration issues with rent have popped up, we've been referred to agencies and other resources for help. Thank you to management and staff for your Herculean efforts to manage this property!
